FE-TEM 예약 방법 변경 공지

FE-TEM 이용자분들께 안내드립니다.

현재 FE-TEM은 장비 수요의 증가와 여러 내부적인 이유로 인해 분석 일정이 지속적으로 연기되면서 정상적인 운영이 어려운 실정입니다.

이에 서비스의 정상화를 위하여 기존 예약을 모두 취소하고 예약방법을 일부 변경하고자 합니다.

신청방법 : 이메일(fe-tem@yu.ac.kr)을 통한 request form(첨부파일 참조) 접수

변경일시 : 2024.1.2.(화) 오후 2시(※ 매월 2일 오후 2시 건부터 접수)

참고 1) 기존 연기된 예약들은 일괄 삭제 예정

       2) 누적 의뢰 월 90시간 초과 시 이후 예약은 익월 2일 재신청 요망(별도 공지 예정)

       3) BF 이미지 촬영 시 샘플당 30분~1시간, EDS mapping 수행 시 약 2시간 30분 소요

오랫동안 분석일정을 기다린 이용자들에게 대단히 죄송스러우나, 더 나은 서비스를 위한 불가피한 결정임을 부디 넓은 아량으로 이해해주시기 바랍니다. 앞으로도 많은 이용 바랍니다.

Notice of Change in “FE-TEM reservation”

Thank you for always using FE-TEM.

Due to the increase in request demand and other various reasons, the analysis schedule of FE-TEM has been continuously postponed.

In order to restore normal service, we would like to cancel all existing reservations and make some changes to the booking process.

Application Method: Submission of the request form via email (fe-tem@yu.ac.kr, ※ request form file is attached)

Date and Time: January 2, 2024 (Tuesday) at 2:00 PM (※ Acceptance begins from 2:00 PM on the 2nd of each month)

Note

- All previously postponed reservations will be canceled.

- If the accumulated monthly usage exceeds 90 hours, please reapply on the 2nd of the following month (additional notice will be provided).

- BF image capture takes approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour per sample, EDS mapping requires about 2 hours and 30 minutes.

We sincerely apologize to users who have been waiting for the analysis schedule for a long time, but please understand that this is an unavoidable decision for the sake of providing better service. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to your continued usage.
